FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Dr. Sarah Zenorah Samura was a very passionate little Islamic Damsel who encountered Jesus Christ in high school in 1991, and she became a Christian. After several years of service under various leaders and her calling confirmed, she got ordered over 20 years ago in Nigeria by Bishop Dr. Francia Otaesiri of Christ Gospel Chapel, Benin City. Nigeria.
Trained in Sierra Leone Theological College for three 3years then continued her studies in the US at the International Minister’s Institute (I.M.I) and graduated with Bachelor in Theology and also obtained her masters and Doctorate Degrees in Christian Theology from the Internal Minister’s Institute in Pensacola Florida, USA and her 2nd Doctorate Degree in Pastoral Counseling from the School of the Spirit Bible Institute in Ohio USA
She served as a Crusade Coordinator and Worship Pastor under the Leadership of His Grace, the Presiding Bishop of the New Life Ministries, Bishop J. Archibald & Lady Irene Cole for 12years.
She has actively worked with several Ministries in Africa and the United States of America before pioneering the Living Hope Outreach Ministries She’s a creative Pastor and convener of several impactful gospel events.
She is widely travelled sharing the message of hope through Jesus Christ to hurting souls, especially hurting women and orphans.
Dr. Sarah Zenorah Samura continues to be actively involved in ministry through her Morning Glory and Reality Talk Show on Facebook and YouTube. She is blessed with children.
About Us
Our Name Living Hope Outreach Ministries International is a multi-cultural, multi-racial, destiny restoring, soul winning, worship, and Deliverance Ministry.
Our History Living Hope Outreach Ministries International, which was founded by Rev. Dr. Sarah Zenorah Samura hosted their first Revival meeting in 2018, and it was held at the Assembly of God church in Mesquite, Texas. In 2021, an arm of the Ministry was Birthed, which is called WOMEN ON THE MISSION, with the desire to minister to hurting women in our community and around the world through our social media platform and Conferences.
We are charismatic, and we believe in the power and ministry of the Holy Spirit. With a passion to serve our community, state, country, and the world, we are committed to sharing the gospel and the love of Jesus with everyone that God leads us to.
For the past years, through the power of God, we have seen tremendous growth, restoration, deliverance, and hope restored to the lives of people.
We have been privileged to minister to many here in the United States of America and around the world. We trust that you will join us in the campaign of giving hope to the destitute, which is our MOTTO.
We hold our monthly program at 709 South Peach-Tree Road, Mesquite TX.
Our Mission To rescue children, train leaders, and reach the nations with the Gospel and also and give hope to the destitute, especially orphans and barren Widows.

Our Purpose Our purpose is to glorify God. Humankind was created to glorify God. Thus, everything that is done by this ministry falls in line with the ultimate goal of giving praise to our Creator. We worship the Father, Yahweh, as the one true God and desire to facilitate corporate and individual worship through our ministry.
Our Goal Our goal is to share the love of God to all soul. The most important thing is to love God with everything and then to love others as Christ loved. This transcendent divine love was demonstrated when God sent His own son to die for our sins. Our Heavenly Father’s love for us melts our hearts to such a degree that we want to share this love with others. He loved us so we love others and also to help as many people as possible to enter the kingdom of God. According to one of the songs recorded in Revelation, the kingdom will be a place on earth full of people from every tribe, and language, and people, and nation. We want to reach out to as many as possible and help them to enter this glorious kingdom through our ministry. We function as the family of God. Every single member of the family of God is important. God is our Father and we are all brothers and sisters of His son Christ Jesus. Everyone is uniquely equipped to play a role in the family. No one is expendable, we are in this together, and we need to stick together through fellowship if we are going to remain faithful until the end. Living Hope Outreach Ministrires International provides many services to the believer including Teaching, Counseling, and Fellowship.
